Description
One hour speedpaint self-portrait, with mirrors and a photo. The image is me seen through a mirror (my head looks a little red because it's hard to keep your muscles tense like that for a long time 
).
I didn't draw my left hand scribbling. Yes, I'm left-handed.
It's not as lighthearted as my usual drawings (no worries, I will make up for that!).
A bit frustrated I'm still nowhere near as good as where I want to be.
Time to practice more I suppose...

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactFirst off, this is a very lovely piece! I love the pose and the use of the space! Great composition and i love the way you colored it! It looks really well done. it's got a very soft look to it and neutral colors. I love the attention to the details of the muscles too!
But... If you want it to really expression frustration, i would think of maybe more sharp edges to give it, well an edgy or rough look. Also, you could use a stronger color for the background or something along those lines to really express that frustration. Another thing to think about could be a stronger use of contrast instead of the darker more subtle transitions from lighter to darker. This could help cause a more dramatic, expression-like response for the viewer even.
However, those are only suggestions. This is still an amazing piece of artwork. I love the crowded feeling of the composition. That really helps me feel like the figure is just too crowded, seeming too large for something, such as the drawing.
